The Wheatsheaf has now been completely refurbished. The new restaurant is now open but the food service on the ground floor continues as usual with high standard from noon till six each day.

A new 30 seat Restaurant has now opened with the finest authentic Mediterranean Cuisine.
The restaurant is open from 7 pm. till 9.30 pm. to reserve your table telephone 0191 537 3236 booking is essential.
The atmosphere will be quiet and relaxed, you will be able to book your table for the whole evening and have a quiet evening, you will not be hurried away because someone else wants to take your place.
The restaurant is available during the day 9 am. till 6 pm. for Corporate meetings and private functions.
Or perhaps you would like your own more secluded table for an intimate and exclusive dining experience.
Outside facilities are also available for lovers of the fresh air and for smokers.
